Pulled Chicken Sandwich Combo

This food was absolutely amazing. I have sent so many people to tey this BBQ place out. Chefs kiss its that good.. juicy and so full of flavor and the bbq sauces. Mouth is watering thinking about it. Best BBQ in the State.

Baby Back Ribs Platter

Oh my goodness! My husband LOVES baby back ribs! He orders them any chance he gets. Except now, after having Yergy's baby backs, he won't get them anywhere else - literally! He says that no one can match the slow smoking, tenderness, leanness, and flavor that your ribs have! He always points out the smoke line. He says, "Look at that. That shows how slow they roast these ribs that it gets that far into the meat!" And I can't get away from the wonderful pulled pork! It is so lean, tender, juicy, just absolutely the best! We've tried several sides as well, and they are all homemade (at least they taste like it - I don't know for sure), and we feel like we are eating our mom's homemade mac & cheese, baked beans or potato salad. They are all wonderful! The only bad part about Yergy's is that we're about 30 miles away. But my husband says that's a good thing or he'd be there at least once a week! So please keep up the great smoking and cooking and don't change a thing!! Oh! I have to add that everyone we've had the chance to meet are absolutely wonderful! Great, great employees!!
